About Us
Opened in Paris at the end of 2009, AUCIEL is the first "one person, one pot" hotpot buffet restaurant in Paris. The first spicy crab pot base, which combines the spiciness of Sichuan stir-fried crab and the freshness of Wenzhou crab in soup, and adds "Beijing-style Sichuan cuisine" as a supplement to the stir-fry series.
In 2014, the restaurant was reopened in the Plaza de la République in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris with a larger capacity, more comfortable dining environment and more convenient transportation to provide new and old customers with a better feast. With more than ten years of dedication, we have increased from four classic pot bases at the beginning to eight pot bases, in order to meet the diversity of choices for each guest's taste buds.
In 2020, we will launch an online ordering service for delivery to your home, so that everyone who loves food can enjoy the same standard of "Taste of China" without leaving home.
